Introducing some of the designers..... Avril York

Avril York is a textile artist who is probably best known for her cute little sock toys she creates. Although Avril has a science background, she turned direction in her career when she discovered her love for textiles. However she often uses her influences from science in many of her artistic textile creations. Most notably was her show at the ICA gallery where she displayed her collection of pieces inspired by the particle formations of cocktails.
